[TECH] NVidia Cards

A lot of people have been having problems playing the Sims 3 with Nvidia graphics cards, and expiriencing crashes and freezes... that the screen goes black and they have to shut down their computers to get their Operating System to respond again.

This. If you are experiencing extreme freezes or crashes on your computer, make sure that all your drivers are up-to-date. This is important! As far as I know, there isn't really a fix for this. People with huge, super-powerful gaming computers are having trouble getting this game to work with their graphic cards.
